Open studios

OPEN FIGURE DRAWING

Want to draw, paint, or whatever but don’t have a studio? Or maybe you don’t want to work alone. Our open studio program provides a creative environment in which to work and a place in which you can work individually in the company of other artists.

Note: Open Figure Drawing is available for ANY artist or student of any level. No studio pass required. A model is provided. Students should bring their own materials.

Reminder, NO PHOTOGRAPHY OF MODELS ALLOWED IN ANY FORM.

Saturdays
Two sessions
9:30am - 12pm & 1pm - 3:30pm

Fee: $7 per session

OPEN FIBER STUDIO

Note: Open Fiber Studio is available for ANY artist or student of any level. Kettles and matts supplied. Students should bring their own materials.

Wednesdays
10am - 4pm

Non-members $15

OPEN FUSED GLASS STUDIO

Note: Open Fused Glass Studio is for current and prior students. Registration is required at least ond day in advance.

Optional - $5 payable to the instructors for each 6" x 6" base glass, including scrap glass to complete each project.
Optional - Kiln time will be available for a small charge depending on the number of projects you want to fire.

OPEN JEWELRY STUDIO

Note: Open Jewelry Studio is available for currently enrolled students & FSG members who are capable of using all studio equipment. Any other participants must have the approval of the Education Department.

Held at the Morean Arts Center for Clay,
420 22nd Street South

NOTE: Open Clay Studio is available for currently enrolled clay students. Open Clay Studio is available only during the 6 week class time period. No Open Clay Studios during make-up week, we need this time to clean and catch up.
