Senior Vice President, Market Director, The Bank of Tampa
Tim has been in the banking industry for more than 30 years with experience in all areas of credit analysis and lending. His career has consisted of working with professionals and business owners to help them become more successful by maximizing their banking relationship.

Tim joined The Bank of Tampa in August of 2012 for the start of the Bank’s Pinellas expansion. He was with Northern Trust as their commercial lender in St. Petersburg since early 2006. Prior to that he was at SunTrust Bank as the Vice President of Commercial Banking in their North Central Florida office. He was also a Vice President of Private Banking with SunTrust in the Tampa Bay region for three years. He spent almost seven years with SouthTrust Bank as a Group Vice President of Corporate Banking specializing in lending to middle market companies. He started his career in the banking industry with four years at the First National Bank of Clearwater as a senior credit analyst before being promoted to a Commercial Loan Officer working with small, owner managed businesses.

Tim has a B.S. in business administration from Sterling College in Kansas. In addition, he is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida where he completed an M.B.A. degree with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.

Being on the Board of The Morean Arts Center is a rewarding experience because The Morean is more than a museum, it is a place where we can connect people with art. Not just by viewing art, but by giving everyone the opportunity to create art. Bringing out the inner artist that everyone has inside is what is most exciting about The Morean Arts Center!

Richard Seidel’s lively figurative paintings are inspired by the bright and beautiful colors of St. Petersburg Florida downtown and beaches, coastal vacations and artist residencies abroad. 

Extensive travel, particularly in idyllic artist residencies, has afforded Richard Seidel the opportunity to paint in some of the most luxurious destinations in the World.  His compositions of people at leisure, mostly frolicking on the beach or gathering in familiar tourist spots, exude a optimistic spirit. 

Seidel’s gestural scenes, in the spirit of early 20th century French painter Raoul Dufy, remind us of our own travel memories, yet the figures and details have qualities that suggest a more romantic time.  Subtle details like striped swimming attire, and festooned hats hint at 19th century paintings of the leisure class, on location in some of the most fashionable places in Europe.

Richard Seidel’s paintings have been exhibited extensively in St. Petersburg and Tampa, as well as Miami and Los Angeles. The artist is represented by galleries in St. Petersburg, FL, Sarasota, FL and Columbus, Ohio.  He was honored with an Award of Distinction from the Morean Arts Center and completed the prestigious Creative Capital Foundation Program in New York in 2013 and 2016. 2023 receive the John Brown Award , His Artist Residencies include:

Martie Fagan is a member of the Morean Board of Trustees and is the current Secretary. She serves on the Governance Committee, Programs Committee, and participates with the full Board on master planning strategies. She is also an art student and has been taking classes at the Arts Center since 2010.

Martie is a retired registered nurse, with a BS in Allied Health from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, and an MBA from the University of South Florida. Prior to retirement, she worked with Senior Leadership at St. Joseph’s Hospitals on a variety of strategic initiatives, most notably as a member of the project delivery team responsible for the design, construction, and opening of St. Joseph’s Hospital North in Lutz, FL, and St. Joseph’s Hospital South in Riverview, FL.

Martie and her husband Dennis live in Treasure Island. They are both active community volunteers, and enjoy 5K walks on the TI Beach Trail, boating, and going to the Tampa Bay Rays games. They love spending time with their daughter Michelle, son-in-law Todd, and granddaughter Sydney, who live in Colorado.

Sean is a lifelong resident of St. Petersburg, Florida.  After graduating from Northeast High School in 1986, he played baseball for St. Pete Junior College, and then received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. He followed that with his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Tampa. In 1998, Sean started his career in the Financial Services industry as a Financial Advisor with William R. Hough @ Co., before joining Raymond James in 2000.  Sean also attained the Certified Financial Planner^™ professional certification in 2012.  When Sean isn’t working with clients or giving back to his community, you’ll likely find him playing beach volleyball along Northshore, or competing in some type of physical challenge. Sean’s happiest when he’s spending time with his family, especially his new granddaughter, Arrow.

Sean believes in giving back to his community, especially when it involves disadvantaged children. Sean serves on the board of directors for the Morean Arts Center, and Brookwood of Florida. He previously served on the board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Pinellas, and Girl’s Inc.

When Sean isn’t working with clients or giving back to his community, you’ll likely find him playing beach volleyball along Northshore, or competing in some type of physical challenge. Sean’s happiest when he’s spending time with his family, especially his new granddaughter, Arrow.

Sue Castleman is a retired Visual Arts Educator. She was Visual Arts Supervisor for Pinellas County Schools for 23 years, and an Art Teacher for 20 years. Providing students of all ages an opportunity to explore, develop and produce creative works of art is her lifelong passion. She received a Bachelor’s of Fine Art from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and Master of Arts in Art Education and Certification in Education Leadership from the University of South Florida. Sue has received numerous awards; National Art Education Association Southeastern Region Supervisor of the Year, Florida Art Education Association Supervisor of the Year and Pinellas County Teacher of the Year. She was a co-recipient of a prestigious Arts in Education Grant from the Federal Department of Education. Along with serving on the Morean Arts Center Board of Trustees, she is active serving on Arts for a Complete Education, League of Women Voters of St. Petersburg and a volunteer at St. Petersburg Free Clinic.

Sarah is passionate about supporting youth education and great art. As the daughter of artist Susan Ellison, creativity and expression were a constant feature of her childhood. Between awe-inspiring visits with mom to the Musee de I’Orangerie in Paris to The Heidelberg Project in Detroit, Sarah learned early on how art can inspire, engage, and shape a community. St. Pete’s art and culture were a huge draw for Sarah and her family when they relocated here from Chicago in 2020.  In addition to being a proud patron of the arts, Sarah has spent the past two decades working at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she is dedicated to solving problems and analyzing data. She resides in St Petersburg with her husband, daughter, and their twelve-year-old pup. When asked about her experience on the board, Sarah says “as a new mom, I’m honored to serve on the board of the Morean Arts Center because it allows me to help share the future of St Petersburg arts and culture for generations to come.”
