ONLINE: Drawing & Illustration for Teens
Saturdays, 6 classes
11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Skill Level: All Levels
Winter Session 1 (Jan 9, 16, 23, 30, Feb 6, 13)
Winter Session 2 (Feb 27, Mar 6, 13, 20, 27, Apr 3)
The basic Drawing & Illustration class covers sketching, developing creativity, figure drawing, perspective, charcoal pencil, inking and more. Students focus on what they like to draw, learning techniques and concepts that help them improve their skills and build self-confidence, while learning about different artists and art genres. Because each student works at their own level, there is no need to “keep up” with other students. Additionally, students are encouraged to try new concepts and techniques they may not be familiar with in order to foster their development as artists.
Materials needed: A good Sketchbook, Drawing Pencils, and a grey Kneadable Artists Eraser.
(For drawing pencils, 2B or 4B are best for sketching and drawing.)
Once you register for the class you will be sent a zoom password and all details for class preparations and participation.
